1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course (online via Zoom or offline at our Hyderabad campus), attending a demo class, purchasing course textbooks, or using https://learnarabic.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all learners, including students in India, international online students (USA, Canada, UK, Middle East, and globally), and guardians registering children for our Deeniyat Maktab programs.

2. Admissions & Course Enrollment

Admissions are open to all genuine seekers of Arabic language and Quranic understanding, regardless of age, nationality, or prior background.

  • Students must submit accurate and authentic information during registration.
  • Seat capacity per batch is capped (typically 25 students) to ensure personal attention; seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon confirmation.
  • Course levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) are assigned based on your initial discussion with the academic counselor or demo session.

3. Complimentary Demo Class Policy

To uphold full transparency and educational trust, we offer a complimentary live Zoom trial / demo class for prospective students before paying course fees.

The demo class allows you to experience our live whiteboard teaching, interact with Mufti Syed Asifuddin Nadwi or senior instructors, and review the curriculum before committing financially.

4. Student Code of Conduct & Islamic Etiquette

All students are expected to uphold the sacred adab (etiquette) of seeking Islamic knowledge:

Maintain respect and courtesy toward instructors, scholars, and fellow classmates
Keep microphones muted during live lectures until invited to speak or ask questions
Never share Zoom meeting passwords, IDs, or batch links with unregistered individuals
Maintain modest dress code during video interactions; cameras remain optional for sisters
Refrain from political debates, disruptive arguments, or inappropriate commentary in class chat
Honor batch timings punctually to avoid disrupting ongoing lessons

The institute reserves the right to suspend or remove any individual who repeatedly violates this code of conduct without entitlement to a refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All educational materials provided during the course—including textbooks authored by Mufti Syed Asifuddin Nadwi Qasmi, lecture slides, grammar charts, worksheets, audio recordings, and Zoom video replays—are the proprietary intellectual property of the Online Institute of Arabic Studies.

  • Course materials are licensed strictly for personal, non-commercial educational study by the registered student.
  • You may not record, redistribute, upload to public file-sharing platforms, resell, or broadcast class recordings or proprietary books without prior written consent.

6. Course Fees, Batch Transfers & Refund Policy

We strive to keep Arabic and Islamic education genuinely affordable and accessible:

  • Payment Schedules: Course fees must be paid prior to batch commencement or according to the agreed installment timetable.
  • Free Trial Before Enrollment: Because free demo sessions are offered in advance, course fee refunds are not ordinarily issued after a batch has commenced.
  • Batch Transfers & Leaves: If a student cannot attend due to genuine personal emergencies, exams, travel, or health issues, they may request a transfer to a future batch or switch timings (e.g., from morning to evening) with administrative approval.
  • International Payments: International students may pay via international credit/debit card, wire transfer, or UPI. Currency exchange rates and processing fees levied by banks are the student's responsibility.

7. Attendance & Certificate of Completion

To receive an official Certificate of Completion issued by the Online Institute of Arabic Studies Hyderabad (Govt. Regd. Since 2006):

  • Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% in live sessions.
  • In cases of missed classes, viewing recorded lectures and submitting assigned exercises counts toward revision.
  • Students must pass the periodic tests and final evaluation conducted at the conclusion of the term.
  • Certificates are issued digitally (PDF) and can be physically couriered upon request.

8. Technical Requirements & Connectivity

Online students are responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary hardware and connectivity to attend Zoom sessions:

  • A reliable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps broadband or 4G/5G mobile data).
  • A compatible device: desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with Zoom installed.
  • A functioning microphone or headset for spoken conversation practice.

While we record every session so you can review content if your internet temporarily disconnects, the institute is not liable for technical issues originating on the student's personal device or internet provider.
